Choosing your child’s first school is one of the most important decisions you’ll make.
At Young England Kindergarten, we combine over 60 years of educational experience with the warmth and personal attention of a family-owned nursery school. Our small classes, experienced teachers and specialist early literacy programme give every child the confidence, curiosity and strong foundations they need to thrive at school and beyond.
As the sister school to our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Pimlico nursery, we offer an exceptional early years education in a beautifully refurbished Bayswater setting. Here, children are truly known as individuals, encouraged to explore, and supported to become happy, confident learners.
Whether your child is taking their very first steps into education or preparing for their next school, we work closely with families to help every child flourish.

We’d love to welcome you.

Early literacy & learning
Language and literacy underpin everything we do.
Through carefully planned teaching, storytelling, conversation, phonics and play, we help children develop strong foundations in language, communication and early literacy.
Rather than rushing formal learning, we nurture confident, curious learners who are well prepared for the transition to school.
Every child truly known
With small classes and high teacher-to-child ratios, every child is known as an individual — happy, secure and valued. Our experienced, caring educators pay close attention to each child’s wellbeing, and our close partnership with parents keeps you part of the journey.
Beyond the classroom
Education extends well beyond the classroom walls.
Alongside our curriculum, children enjoy sport, music, drama, creative activities and local outings that bring learning to life.
These experiences encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and a genuine enthusiasm for discovering the world around them.
We also offer parent workshops and engaging holiday camps throughout the year.
